Huanqian Loh is Principal Investigator at Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore. Her group research has been dealing with control of optical tweezer arrays of ultracold atoms like reconfigurable quantum building blocks, with the goal of performing quantum simulations of few- to many-body physics. She earned her PhD at JILA/University of Colorado and did her postdoc at CQT and at MIT. Her recent awards include the World Economic Forum Young Scientist Award (2019) and the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science International Rising Talent Award (2020).
